1. Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

3. No-Show

Failure to attend the scheduled tour without prior notice will result in 100% cancellation fee.

4. Weather Conditions

Tours operate in most weather conditions.

In case of extreme weather or unsafe circumstances, we may:
