Booking Policy

1. Introduction

This Booking Policy applies to all private tuk tuk tours operated in Lisbon by [Your Company Legal Name], a licensed tour operator based in Portugal.

By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking Confirmation

All tours must be booked in advance via:

• Our official website
• Approved online travel agencies
• Direct contact (email, phone, WhatsApp)

A booking is confirmed only after:

• Payment is successfully processed
• A written confirmation email/message is issued

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Euro (€).
• Prices include VAT where applicable under Portuguese law.
• Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Meeting Point & Pick-Up

Standard meeting points include:

• Guest hotel (central Lisbon area)
• Cruise terminal in Lisbon
• Agreed landmark location (confirmed after booking)

Guests must arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

5. Late Arrival & No-Show

Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without prior notice may be considered a no-show. No refund will apply in such cases.

6. Operational Changes

We reserve the right to modify routes due to:

• Traffic conditions
• Public events
• Government restrictions
• Safety concerns

Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
